Joey Burch
Patient Educator

Joey has been with the practice for 20 of her 35 years in the field of dentistry. She has evolved into a patient advocate in her role of Patient Educator, understanding the needs of the anxious and busy patient and knowing methods for proper dental care and treatment. She brings such passion to her role. She has learned a great deal about dentistry and has come to respect the exceptional level of neuromuscular reconstructive and sedation dentistry that is offered at Sedation Dental Centre & Spa of McLean.

Raye June McKline-Robison
Director of Patient and Administrative Services

A graduate of Victor Valley College and top-honors graduate from United Health Careers Institute of California, Raye June has always had a passion for the dental field. With over 15 years of experience in running the front office and assisting chair side in the back office, she brings the encompassing knowledge to our team. She also considers patient care vital to the success of our unique dental practice. She is the mother of two wonderful sons with whom she shares the goal of obtaining a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Raye June is dedicated and happy to assist even the most fearful of patients and invites you to visit or call our office.

Rose Jenning
Dental Assistant

Rose has been irreplaceable for almost 30 years. She has been by Dr. Burch’s side as his dental assistant and truly makes his dental life a pleasure. Her innate kindness and care for the patients is unrivaled. She was the top student in her dental assisting class at Northern Virginia Community College when she interned for Dr. Burch. He has not been without her since. She is simply the best. Rose is a dedicated mother and loves spending time with her 11 grandchildren.

Viviana Pando
Clinical Administrative Assistant

Ms. Vivi has a Masters in Education and is a Certified Nurse Aid from her native country of Peru. She has worked as a doctor’s assistant and in accounting for 10 years in the United States. She joins the Sedation Dental Centre and Spa as a Clinical Administration Assistant. She enjoys making people smile and feel at ease. Her hobbies include spending time with her beloved Bichon Frise pups, her children, and working in her garden. Her favorite quote is, “to give or receive a smile will start your day out well.”

Stephani Beckham
Patient and Administrative Services

Stephani is the newest addition to our outstanding team. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received her B.S. in Human Resources Management. Throughout her nine years of experience in the dental field, Stephani has been involved with all aspects of the office from working at the front desk, dental assisting and office management. The most rewarding aspect of her job has been patient care. The unique nature of our sedation practice allows Stephani to demonstrate her exceptional compassion for each and every patient. She plans to further her education and pursue a career in dental hygiene.  

Sandra K. Rodgers
Registered Dental Hygienist

Sandy graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington, DC on May 7, 1982.  While at Howard her first year she received the distinguished monetary honor from the District of Columbia Dental Society Research and Education Foundation Award. Her senior year she also received The Raymond L. Hayes Award, for showing the greatest proficiency in the performance of Clinical Oral Prophylaxis.   

Sandy has been in the dental field for 30 years. Her experience in dentistry is quite vast. She has performed duties as a receptionist, dental assistant and office administrator. Her pride and joy is dental hygiene. Sandy loves helping patients with education and therapy she feels that a smile is worth a million dollars and one of the keys to having good health. She constantly stays abreast on products, technology and services.

She enjoys traveling, interior design, theatrical makeup design and spending time with her daughter and three grandchildren.
